Your record
Keep this watch on record. A police report needs the serial; insurers need the serial and a photo.
What is stored, and why
Your email, for the sign-in. For each watch you keep: the brand, the serial, the reference, one photo, the result as it was on the day, and the date. The serial is stored under a secret key and never shown on a public page. Nothing else. The privacy notice has the detail.
What you get: a private page per watch and a one-page summary with the brand, the reference, the serial, the date recorded, the photo and the two registries' loss-report links, built to be one of the files a report accepts. The record is a record of your own details, not a registration, a certificate or proof of ownership.
Deleting the account is one click on this page and removes everything, photos included.
